BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 254^th Meeting of the Board of Directors of United Bank Limited (UBL) will be held on Wednesday 19 February 2025 at Islamabad at 10:00 a.m., inter-alia, to consider and approve the Annual Accounts of the Bank for the year ended 31 December 2024 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 11 February 2025 to 19 February 2025 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
